The Mad City Sisters will be hosting/carrying on the tradition started by Felicis herself, with a tree lighting and official kick-off of the 16th Annual Felicia Melton Smyth Holiday Gift Drive. The event benefits the clients of ARCW in the South Central Wisconsin area!
