Cycropia Aerial Dance proudly brings its magical blend of modern dance and circus arts to the 2015 Orton Park Festival. Audiences will have two chances to see this free performance, Thursday August 27st at 7:30pm and Friday August 28nd at 8:30pm.
Using trapeze, Spanish web, harness and other custom aerial apparatus, Cycropia will play with gravity and verticality as they dance below and within the canopy of one of Orton Park’s majestic oak trees.
Cycropia has been performing at the Orton Park Festival for over 15 years, creating a Madison community dance tradition. This performance is a great way to cap off your summer!
