For nearly a decade, OPEN Madison has worked to build a community and create LGBTQ leaders within Dane County. Through mentoring programs, corporate outreach, networking and professional development our members have been able to make connections that support their business, processional or civic lives.
We invite you to join us for our annual dinner, a celebration of the work that OPEN does for LGBTQ professionals, executives, students, artists and our allies. This year, our keynote topic will be centered on “intersectionality”, featuring Tamara Queen, PhD, as it is more relevant than ever. Music will be provided by DJ Nick Nice before and after dinner, and the evening will be emceed by Miss Gay WI USofA, Symphony Alexander Love. Also, our 2016 grant recipients – LGBT Books to Prisoners – will be share how the OPEN Community Grant has helped them deliver their mission.
OPEN’s annual dinner will take place on Friday, March 10th, 2017 at Madison’s Monona Terrace. Last year, you supported the event with a sponsorship level of Gold, and we thank you for that as well as invite you to sponsor at the same level.
We appreciate your review of the full list of sponsorship options enclosed, and thank you for thoughtfully considering this opportunity. We will follow up with you within the next two weeks to determine your level of interest.
The deadline for sponsor participation is Friday, January 20th, 2017. Also to note, sponsorships are first come first served.
