The UW-Madison Adobe Creative Jam combines a student design competition with lightning talks on timely topics in design.
The lightning talks will be given by Patrick Farabaugh, founder and publisher of Our Lives Magazine, design instructor and art director Jorel Dray, and designer/illustrator Emily Balsley.
Student teams will be developing either a user experience or social media campaign treatment with Adobe tools, and will present them to the audience and a panel of judges following the lightning talks. The winning teams will receive a trophy from Adobe and a free license for Adobe Creative Cloud.
The event is presented by Adobe Creative Jams and UW-Madison’s Division of Information Technology. It is free to attend and will provide refreshments, giveaways and activities.
