The Wisconsin Alumni Association (WAA) Diversity and Inclusion program will host a Pride Open House on Saturday, August 17 from 2-6 p.m. in Alumni Park, 724 Langdon Street (between Memorial Union and the Red Gym).
Our goal is to engage LGBTQ+ alumni and their families with WAA, the university, and each other. Guests will have the opportunity to ride the “Bucky Boat” pontoon, take photos with the “Well Red Bucky” statue, and network with other LGBTQ+ alumni of UW-Madison. There will be food and beverages, dancing, and more.
The event is family-friendly and ADA accessible.
