Alianza Latina (And LGBT+ Latino groups) and UNIDOS, in collaboration with members of the greater Madison community, will hold a vigil on Saturday, June 18, 2016 from 2:00-4:00 P.M. at 2875 Fish Hatchery Rd Fitchburg WI 53713 in memoriam for the victims who lost their lives in Orlando, FL.

The vigil will also serve to raise awareness on the violence that takes place in the local and national level targeting the Latinx community, especially those who identify as LGBT+( Lesbians, Gays, Bisexuals, Transgenders and more) and QPOC (Queer People of Color).

Members of Alianza Latina, UNIDOS and the local Latinx LGBT+ and QPOC communities are deeply wounded by this senseless attack. We hope to count on you to stand with us in solidarity. Honor the victims and join our movement to eradicate hatred, gun violence and support people in our community who have been deeply impacted by this tragedy.
