Chimera® Self-Defense teaches empowerment self-defense designed to address gender-based violence. In addition to physical techniques, students learn assertive boundary-setting and psychological/strategic techniques. Appropriate for all genders and all abilities, ages 12 and up.

Class runs for TWO WEEKS: Sundays, April 15 & 22, 10:00am-4:30pm, near Meriter Hospital. Both sessions must be attended.

$120/person ($75/student) – email chimera@theRCC.org for information on scholarships.
