ALL Roles open.

All roles open to gender and race neutral casting.
Looking for 10 principles and 4-6 ensemble. No one under 18 will be cast. This will be an R rated production.
ALL roles sing, dance and have dialogue.

PLEASE NOTE: Saturday auditions at the Merc Lab, Sunday auditions at Bartell Theatre.

Location (Saturday): Mercury’s Lab, 930 N Fair Oaks
Saturday, October 24 at 1pm (limited to 25 people)

Location (Sunday): Bartell Theatre, 113 E Mifflin St
Sunday, October 25 at 1pm (limited to 75 people)

Auditions both days start at 1pm sharp. You will be taught choreo as group first, and then you will sing. So expect to be there as late as 4pm.

Show opens Friday, February 12, 2016 for a 3-week run on the Drury stage of the Bartell Theatre in Madison.

Rehearsals will start in December with a break over the holidays.

Actors are asked to prepare a song (about 1 minute section) NOT from Rocky Horror. Bring your own music; a piano accompanist will be provided. Again, nothing from Rocky Horror. Please note: we are NOT doing the movie on the stage. This will be an original production based on the stage version, not the movie. Auditioning in the style of Tim Curry will not get you cast.

In addition to singing at auditions, everyone will be taught a choreo number to show your dancing skills. Please dress to dance and bring water.

Roles:
Dr. Frank-N-Furter: A sweet transvestite. Very charismatic and sexual. Irresistible to everyone. Must dance in heels.

Brad Majors: Stiff, uptight, conservative. Must be comfortable wearing just underwear. Must dance in heels.

Magenta: Riff-Raff’s sister/lover. Big, outrageous personality. May also play Trixie, the concession girl (sings Science Fiction Double Feature).

Columbia: Sexy and goofy. Tap dance. Must dance in heels.

Rocky Horror: Physically attractive, big and sexy. Has dialog in addition to singing. Must be comfortable wearing just underwear and being touched by men and women. Possible nudity. Must dance in heels.
