Capital City Theatre Conservatory presents:
Got an itch for a little revenge? Carrie-The Musical is based upon Stephen King’s bestselling novel and film. The show’s original authors have newly reworked and fully re-imagined this gripping tale for a new production that debuted Off-Broadway in 2012. The alumni students of Capital City Theatre’s Conservatory return to perform in this musical on August 9-11, 2019.
Story: Carrie White is a shy outcast at school who is bullied by the popular kids and is virtually invisible to everyone else. At home she is at the mercy of her loving but over-protective mother. But Carrie has just discovered that she has a special power and if pushed too far, she’s not afraid to use it!
