The 2017 Trick or Trot 5K Walk/Run is this Sunday, October 15th!

The run will kick off at Vilas Park Shelter (1602 Vilas Park Dr) in Madison. Registration opens at 9:00am. The race starts at 10:30am!

Peter Kraus, from the Bachelorette, will be on hand for photos and meet and greet starting at 9AM. He will also lead us in pre-race warm-ups!
Other pre-race activities include face-painting, Witch Hat ring toss, Pin the Smile on the Skeleton, hula-hoop contest, and guess how many pieces of candy in a jar. We have a number of free raffle items you can enter to win – including $100 off coupon from Berkeley Running Company, a free 1-hour personal training visit with Peter Kraus/Worth Personal Fitness, and a special holiday meal at Fuego’s ! Thank you to our many in-kind sponsors for providing raffle items.
The run will feature 3 trick or treat stations as well as a water station at the 2 mile mark.
Although there won’t be timing at this run, awards will be given to the first Pumpkin, Witch, and Black Cat to cross the finish line.

STEP #1:
Decide whether you want to run as a Pumpkin, a Black Cat or Witch.
STEP #2: Select your costume.
Pumpkins receive an orange T-shirt and a green beanie hat. Witches get a purple T-shirt and a witch hat, and Black Cats get a black T-shirt and cat ears. T-shirts are 100% cotton and long-sleeved, perfect for an early fall run!
STEP #3: Run or walk the 5K
