Manifest Greatness in 2018
SoundShift will provide meditative sound baths to help clarify your path and materials to create your very own vision board to ensure you stay focused on your vision throughout 2018.
This three-hour retreat will be filled with relaxation, creation, and love. You will leave the retreat focused and ready to manifest your perfect life.
Snacks and beverages will be provided. We will also provide you with a gift bag full of goodies at the end of the class so you can continue to sharpen your manifestation skills.

Cost: $60
Things to bring:
– yoga mat (there are mats available to use, if you don’t want to bring your own)
– eye pillow to use during the meditative sound baths
– a favorite photo of yourself to include on your vision board (optional)
– photos of items, or words, that wish to be part of your vision board (optional, we will have many magazines to help with this portion of the retreat)
