Featuring Gardens of Stoughton*
In 2019, Olbrich’s Home Garden Tour will venture outside of Madison and its immediate suburbs for the first time and feature some of the finest home gardens in Stoughton and the surrounding area.
Follow the tour map and explore exquisite home gardens that offer a look into each gardener’s individual sense of creativity, imagination, and beauty. Talk with homeowners, landscape architects, and Master Gardeners to get tips on how to incorporate various garden techniques into your own home landscape!
* Of special note this year, one of the featured gardens is at the home of longtime couple Jay Hatheway and Jim Ottney. Hatheway has been a professor of history at Edgewood College for some years, and is a Vietnam War veteran who recently successfully challenged his original dishonorable discharge for being gay.
This annual two-day fundraiser helps support the mission and daily operations of Olbrich Gardens.
