Room to Heal Through Art

This is an ongoing, innovative event series for the LGBTQ+ community occurring monthly every 4th Thursday. Nicholas Raymond and Ciara will host the first three events.

This event is free! Survivors encouraged to attend or anyone in the LGBTQ community who needs safe space to emotionally heal. We welcome you!

Experience live music while practicing yoga and meditation that meets you where you’re at.

Allow yourself to get lost in beautiful melodies while breaking through to your mental and physical strengths.

No experience required. Beginner friendly. Water and blocks provided. Limited mats available. Please bring yours if you have one!

Nicholas Raymond is a multi-instrumentalist singer-songwriter who has toured and recorded nationally since 2013. He uses music as a vessel for storytelling and healing. Ciara Noelle Grace is a professional physical trainer, yoga instructor, and wellness influencer.

Together in life through marriage, business, and personal journeys, this couple helps spread addiction prevention and mental health awareness through education with nationwide motivational team Rise Together. Reaching deeper into communities, they hope to spread more love with their passion for yoga and music.

This is geared to LGBTQ+ adult survivors, but all LGBTQ+ adults who have a experienced trauma are encouraged to attend.
