ZOOM Virtual Tai Chi Meditation (6-week classes)

These series will take place virtually on Zoom and will NOT meet in person. Internet connection required. Register for one or more 6-week classes as a series.
“Move like a great river; sit like a mountain” instructs the centuries-old description of the physical and meditative practice of Tai Chi. This class offers standing, moving, and seated practices rooted within the Chinese tradition of Tai Chi Ch’uan for the enrichment and wellness of body, mind, and spirit.
This series will take place on Zoom and will NOT meet in person. Internet connection required. Zoom meeting information will be distributed to registrants before the first class session.
