The Law Center for Children & Families and Winter Law Office Become The Law Center, S.C.

(Madison, WI) The Law Center for Children & Families has merged with Winter Law Office. Located at 450 S. Yellowstone Drive in Madison, and 602 Pleasant Oak Drive in Oregon, the merged firms are now The Law Center, S.C. Attorney Lynn Bodi says, “Our new name better reflects the wide range of legal services we offer to families and businesses.”

The Law Center for Children & Families was founded in 2002 and quickly established itself by providing both local and national expertise in the areas of adoption, assisted reproductive technology, guardianship, visitation, custody, and legal issues surrounding same-sex couples.  Winter Law Office was founded more than 50 years ago. It has a long history of serving businesses and families and meeting their estate planning, real estate and business needs.

The Law Center’s practice areas include child and family law as well as school law, business and real estate, life and estate planning, immigration and civil litigation. Bodi says, “We look forward to continuing to provide our clients with creative solutions and an unwavering committed relationship.”
