Monona East Side Restaurant Month starts May 1

Monona, WI – Monona East Side Restaurant Month kicks off on Monday, May 1. 21 restaurants located in Monona and on Madison’s east side are participating. The Monona East Side Business Alliance (MESBA) is spearheading the program for the first time in 2017. Customers will take a “Bite Card” to the participating restaurants and will collect a sticker when they spend $8 at 12 of the 21 restaurants. After 12 stickers have been collected, the card must be turned in before June 5 to be entered in a drawing on June 7. Prizes include four restaurant gift card packs of $375, $200, $125, and $100.

Participating restaurants include the Breakwater, Culver’s-Cottage Grove Road, Daisy’s Cafe & Cupcakery, Fraboni’s Italian Specialties & Deli in Monona, Happy Wok Southtown, Java Cat, Mr. Brews Taphouse-Monona, Noodles & Company-Monona, North of the Bayou, Off Broadway Drafthouse, Pedro’s Mexican Restaurante, Qdoba Mexican Eats-Monona, Rosie’s Coffee Bar and Bakery, Silver Eagle Bar & Grill, Taco John’s, The Tower Inn, Tully’s II Food & Spirits, V.F.W. Post 7591, Waypoint Public House, and Willy Street Co-op East.
