PRIDE in Healthcare creating OUT and ALLY resource lists

by | Nov 20, 2017 | 0 comments

Please consider joining our annual OUT or ALLY List for 2017-2018 by completing the following form:
https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSc9ytZjuYkJVgGwVK1ImN3aywXfQUAB1oXwxBHkFOA0F_eiSg/viewform?usp=sf_link

The list is posted on the PRIDE in Healthcare bulletin board and uwmedstudents.com and serves as a resource for LGBTQ+ students and allies to identify individuals who are committed to inclusiveness at UW. Students, faculty, and staff from any health professional program at the UW who wish to publicly advertise their status as a gender/sexual/romantic minority or ally have the option to join the list.

There are no requirements to be a part of the list other than a pledge to model attitudes and behaviors that will foster inclusivity in your program. Presence or absence from the OUT LIST and ALLY LIST is a strictly personal decision.

If you believe you are already on the list, you can do one of two things: 1) complete the current form or 2) wait to receive an email from PiH confirming that you’d like to stay on the list. We will be collecting responses until Nov. 24th.

Thank you for your continued support!

Best,
PRIDE in Healthcare
